How would the Asurans fare against the Wraith and the Ori? Can they beat these powerful enemies? The Wraith can jsut feed on the Asurans. More food for them. The Priors can just destroy them with a thought or convert them to Origin

Well we know that the wraith defeated the Ancients, and Asurans are unascended ancients, so probably the wraith will win. As for the ori, well,

The Asurans are not descended Ancients but Are reall artifical lifeforms created by the ancients. They where origanlly nanites created to attack the Wraith on a cellular level but evolved to take diffrent forms and eventully took human form. even more intresting Is that they are the Origin of the replicators as 1 of them may have come to our galaxy and created Reese.They where designed to be aggressive and they live in a Atlatian City ship and eventully take to atlantis to Destroy it because long ago the ancients learned how far they came along and used a fleet of there warships to wipe them out.They also have a wealth of Zpms in thier possesion. Apparently 1 of them is not like the others (like 5th) and wants to learn how to ascen like the real ancients and does not want to destroy Atlantis and ask Dr Mckay to rewrite there sub rootine to take out there aggressive behavior.

This is gonna be 1 kick ass episode wioth huge revalations!

Difference being though that the Asuran are more aggressive then the Atlanteans making them capable of things that the Atlanteans wouldnt have considered. Atlanteans did not like the idea of genocide and would make peace even if it meant their near destruction. The Asuran on the other hand sound like they would kill entire worlds if they felt like it.

Wraith could be above the Asuran but it depends on what else is learnt about them. But Ori are above the Asurans because they have even more knowledge of the universe then corporeal beings. The Asurans are above the Wraith because they have more or less inherited the Atlanteans technological knowledge.

I think you are probably right! I think the Asuran's are more advanced than the Wraith but the Wraith, if they know of them, don't bother with them because they can't find and don't want to get kill.

On paper they sound pretty good but I can't truly make a comparison until I see them in action. They might not be all that their cracked up to be especially if they’ve been hanging around all this time and they haven't accomplished what they were made to accomplish, which (I think) was to defeat the Wraith. You would think that if the Asurans were anywhere close to being what the Replicators are that they would have destroyed the Wraith a long time ago but that’s just my opinion.

Ok as we all know that the Asurans are Atlanteans but bad ones as we already read. They live and have the knowledge Ancient city ship which is just like Atlantis. If they got in a battle with the wraith they will serious lose because obviously their out numbered even tho they have full power compared to the wraith imagine all the hive ships gathered upon it and plus I am assuming this city isn’t on ocean so that concludes it can not be submerged. So leaving it pointless to continue to fight because all their going to do is keep on depleting their shields which is a waste of Zedpm’s. I don’t think they have a war ship because if they do Atlantis would have been detecting it.
So wraith will win against asurans.
To be honest I am not really a Stargate SG1 so ill be looking forwards to read everyone’s opinion on this thread.

Seeing as they have a ZPM factory (and more than enough ZPM's), they have nothing to worry. The only reason the ancients left was because they saw no end to the war. And what makes you think they don't have a battleship or multiple battleships for that matter.

The Atlantis 'radar' only detects ships within a certain range (or send out a signal?). Or it would have detected the sister city from 'The Tower' or it would detect the full operational city the Asurans have.

The one advantage the Asurans have over the Atlanteans was that the Asurans are naturally more aggressive and capable of more harsher actions then the Atlanteans were ever capable of accomplishing.
