Vidding question (the answers probably here somewhere)

Okay first off I have several demo versions of different ripping software so my question is 2 part

1.) okay I have some yet I am lost in how to use them I can actually use Jack Rip (I think it's name is) but it rips the DVD faster or something or I am just not doing it right. The other programs I am lost in there usage

2.) What program is the best for that, ripping DVD's in order to vid them that is?

uh it's not really I own them already.

CopyDVD. I think those DVDs have the copyright lock on them, so you'll have to find a less than legit program which will probably contain either spyware or adware.

www.dvddecrypter.org is a free DVD ripping program that is easy to use, and allows you to specify if you want to rip the video and audio or just the video.
