Does anyone know where to fine a good, free, image manipulator? I want to be able to change the size of my pictures but I can't seem to find any free image programs. I don't have much money so I'd rather not have to buy one.

GIMP is a good one

You could also use google's picasa if you want some simpler manipulation tools
