It seems to be between this and Enemies and I don't think you can go wrong with either one, although Serpent's Lair finishes an arc while Enemies is resolved in the next episode, Threshold. So Serpent's Lair it is, IMO.

Just a comment:

I guess that if we vote for 1 episode from each season to create the Perfect Season... what kind of mess could we obtain???
Taking the SG story back and forward with each episode, choosing incomplete 2-part episodes, etc. I just can't wait to see what comes up out of this!
