i watched the commentary on that episode (i forget who did it..) but they were cracking up because the straw in his hat kept appearing and disappearing...

i thought it was funny and yeah, that is a lot of money for a hat (esp. one as hidious as that...)

On another note, I got me a hat like that...a friend gave it to me as a gift, when we went to Squared in London last year (november 2005)...I'm still wearing it regularly...
