For me, Sora. She's cuter. Osiris seems a bit too lanky (too tall for her width).
As for likability: can you really 'like' a Goa'uld ... if you can, something's gone wrong, as the character is supposed to be evil! You can see why Sora would have issues with the Atlantis team.I'm not Weird, I'm Gifted!
