trouble keeping my rep on

I turned my reputation on the other day but today I realized it was off.

Does someone turn it off or did I not click save changes or something?

I was wondering why someone with more than block had switched it off. So you never switched it off, cause if you did you might had forgotten to switch back on maybe but thought you did.
