        LOL! They can’t be serious.

Yes, I admit to having watched this many moons ago for a good laugh, but then it got REALLY ridiculous, and I couldn’t afford to loose anymore brain cells in the process.

I sincerely hope Skiffy is not having to pawn up any money for this out of their own monies and that NBC is just offloading it onto them for free, but that’s probably wishful thinking. It makes me ill to think that money goes to this when it could be put to far better use for its other shows, like BSG and SGA, that actually require a few brain synapses to fire when you watch.

I agree, but I wouldn't mind watching it from the begining again.

You've got to be kidding me. Passions? Anything to get ratings.

Amusing. Highly amusing. I seem to recall hearing something about vampires or some such things on this show at one point. So I suppose it's possible it's science fiction. I swear I watched Passions at some point anyway. Besides, Dark Shadows was a soap and most definitely sci-fi.

Regardless, I don't plan on watching it when sci-fi airs it. I can think of many things I'd rather be doing. Like having three hour appointments with the proctologist.

LOL! Vee. I don't think I'd classify it as that bad.

Yeah, I guess the earlier eps wouldn’t be too bad to go back and watch. Timmy was my favorite. It was sad to hear that the actor died a couple of years ago.

I know Scifi hasn't been known for its good taste but this is just too sad. Passions is what I think of as below the bottom of the barrel. Soap Operas and science fiction should remain separate.

                      Wow...just wow...

I liked Passions in the beginning because it didn't take itself seriously at all and then it just got way, WAY too weird...

I can understand all of the fantasy stuff on the Sci-Fi channel since the sf and fantasy genres have a lot of fan crossover, but this is weird. Do soaps really have that much crossover appeal?

I agree, but there are plenty of Stargate fans who seem to think otherwise, shipping and slashing characters all over the place. Maybe Sci-Fi's trying to go for the shipper demo. with this odd move.

Well it's not as if Sci-Fi hasn't shown non-sci-fi before. Liar Liar, Flinstones Viva Rock Vegas? Come on man, that's not pushing it, that's just sad.

yeah, except Farscape because I consider it a Sci Fi Opera

I don't but I can see how one could. But yes, Farscape is an exception.
