Last week Movie Central aired Stargate Atlantis' The Hive at 11pm central time, and again the following morning at 5:30am (again, central time).

Now for the next episode it says:

10:00 pm Movie Central Stargate Atlantis Eps. #31 (s.2)

So I guess it's back to 9pm now. Yay

EST - Sydney/Melbourne/Canberra: +15hrs (+16hrs if DST)
EST - Brisbane: +15hrs
EST - Adelaide: +14:30hrs (15:30hrs if DST)
EST - Perth: +13hrs
EST - Darwin: +14:30hrs

So Sydney would be as follows:
