    Jack/Sam shippy fics??

Ok, i'm new here, and i didn't see any jack/sam fic threads, so i am just gonna start this one...

I have read pretty much every Jack/Sam fic at gateworld, so i am looking to branch out, so anyone know any good websites with Jack/Sam fics?

Try fanfiction.net. They have almost 11,000 SG stories and a heck of a lot of them are Sam/Jack!

That's where I post my fics especially when they are a WIP.

i would suggest, when you're wading through any archive, if you find a author whose work you like, make note of her name.

as with anything, a good 3/4 of the archived fic will be drek, 20% ok and 5% good

i've found especially on ff.net....and no, i'm not pointing this at anyone, heck, i even post my fic there, but there seems to be alarger proportion of drek on that archive than any other.

Anyone who is looking for somewhere to talk about Sam & Jack is invited to the Sam/Jack Ship Family Discussion Thread. You'll find us under the Characters & Relationships section of the forum.

There are also a lot of good stories at www.heliopolis.com. There's a "regular" section, plus a "mature" section.

i always go to fanfiction.net. It's a great source of different fics. There are some really different views on this particulr relationship and its interesting to see it go through phases. I remember when it was jack and sam, then sam and pete, (big anti pete phase), then threads orientated and now season 9 relationship (either broken up or together long distance). i think a lot of stuff is moving towards daniel and vala, etc.

if you want a saga for jacksam, hehe.... plug....

How old are you? They do have an age restriction and if you clicked something that said you weren't old enough it would lock you out.

You can try here if you like

It's all Sam/Jack and should keep you busy for quite awhile. As far as I know there's no age restriction either.

a lot of groups, if they allow adult fic to be posted have age restricted their membership to keep themselves out of trouble.

This is hardly surprising - did you know that the average age of ff.net's 'clientèle' is eight years old? In my Lois and Clark fandom, most of our authors gave up posting there years ago and it's synonymous among FoLCs with the poorest of fanfic out there.

I'm surprised no one has already mentioned them, KangoRoo, but if you're looking for S/J fic you can't get any better imo than Sally Reeve's wonderful stories. Not only are they S/J shippy, but loaded with angst, great action-adventure and marvellous team too. Plus hilarious Jack banter.

                            You'll find Sally's site here:

                            http://uk.geocities.com/mystories_uk/stargateindex.html

                            Enjoy!

Albion (still in mourning for the fact that Sally's not written anything new lately <sob> )
Listen, we had General Ryan come on and do a little cameo for us, and he's a real live four star, one of the big guys. And I had to ask him point blank, because there's a certain irreverence that I bring to the character, and denseness, but while we were doing this scene, I just looked at him and said, "Do you have guys like me in...?" and he stopped me and said, "Yes, and worse, and you're doing a fine job, son."

If you like Stargate novel size fics you may try The Stargate Novel Archive
                              Here is the webiste: http://sgnovels.shahrazad.net/

It has all types of stories with and without pairings including J/S. There are a lot of great stories there!
