That's an interesting topic to discuss. They're generally against Vorian having any contact with off-worlders; but, as you see, as long as it suits their purpose, they're willing to have an alliance like that. Sonak commented on that back in "A Time To Rise".

Terrorists generally don't depend on logic and reason.
The truth is out there. Getting there, well thats a whole different can of worms.

We must remember that based on "What comes before the dawn"
            Spoiler:
there are two groups of Kih'Andari, the terrorists who attacked the station and killed Callens old friend, and the political movement who seem to be fairly honourable. I emphasise "seem".
Don't you want to look beyond the horizon?

In the 2 hours and 14 minutes that Torri Higginson was online, there were 272 posts in the Elizabeth Weir Wow Thread. I was responsible for 2 of them. (Oh yeah and Gateworld crashed, but that's not important)

Hmm...different fractions under one government, if that was the case you'd think they'd at least try to stop them.

They wouldn't necessarily have to oppose them. The government faction may not want to attack Vorians or their allies openly as the terrorist faction do.

If, and I do mean IF, there are two factions within the Kih'Andari, then the government could still remain diplomatic. The two faction are working to achieve the same goals, but by different means. If the Kih'Andari government gets in hot water w/ the Vorians/Allies, they can always leak some information they have about the terrorists to get on their good side. Which happened in "What comes before the dawn..."

As for them being hypocrits, it's already been posted. Terrorists use any means at their disposal to achieve their goals.

I wouldn't mind seeing the Draque attack the Kih'Andari for raping their technology.

Speaking of the Draque, they've been pretty quiet so far this season.
