where are the Goa'uld avatars?

I am just firing out a misc. spontaneous question and wondering where they are, like it says in the Thread Title. Are they unlocked at a higher level or something? I was looking for one of Yu, and of course, couldn't find it... Please help me, you are my only hope. Or something to that effect.
