What's the Horizon policy on accepting episode ideas from people outside the Horizon Writing Staff?

I have a potential idea that would use a few of the "races" I've come up with, but I have a lot of written (over 100K, probably) (and contemplated) backstory to them (most of which can be changed).

When we first started on Season Two we were accepting some freelance pitches, and in fact next week's episode "Valiant" was pitched and written by someone from outside the staff.

Right now we're actually looking for writers to officially join the staff; it just hasn't been posted yet. I should get around to doing that very shortly, along with the details (requirements etc). You could technically submit ideas without being on staff by just emailing them to me, but we do have things mapped out quite a bit in terms of upcoming episodes.

To add to that, we know where we're going pretty much for Season Two, but Season Three on the other hand... And Four, and Five, and Six, and Sixteen... We're not so sure.

That episode was written by a great gentleman named Aaron Percival. I talk to him frequently, and in fact, I'll have to try and catch him later today to talk to him about the final draft of the episode, and send it to him.
