Do we actually find out Zoe's second name? I'm watching The Message now, and when they're listening to the recording it says..."Zoe and Malcom Reynolds.." just Zoe..so anyone know?

I was looking on the GW char lists, and she dosent have a last name there....so iuno....perhaps it's Washbourne seeing as she's married to Wash?

Mal was a sergeant in the independence, so maybe that's why he knows Mal's last name and not Zoe's. Zoe is married to Wash, whose real name is Hoban 'Wash' Washburn, so there is a chance that her full name is Zoe Washburn.-GuyFromOH

It's in the novelisation. Her maiden name was Alleyne, but once she married Wash it became Washburne.Comment

My friend tells me her last name was listed as Warren in the movie credits, but I don't remember. I know I've seen places list her as that last name, but I don't know where that came from.It's beer o'clock. Now where the HELL is my riot !?!Comment

Yeah, I've seen it as Zoe Warren also. But I guess it would be Washburne now...
But it's her rank that no one seems to know.
