he was one of Joss hattricks (actors he got in all 3 of his shows) I don't remember him in Buffy, but he was Fred's lab assistant Knox in Angel.
JANICE: Dr. Bob, you've given this hospital a bad name.

He played a classmate from Sunnydale High in 'Conversations with Dead People' who got turned into a vampire. Psychology major before he died.
