Things are looking good for Tom Welling. The actor who plays the young Clark Kent in “Smallville” will soon appear on the big screen in the remake of John Carpenter’s “The Fog” coinciding with that will be the start of the fifth season of Warner Brothers’ popular superhero show. Although things appear to be taking off for Welling, though, we shouldn’t expect to see the Man of Steel flying across the Kansas skies any time soon, according to Now Playing Magazine.
