Michael Sheard dies at 65

I was very sorry to hear that Michael Sheard, best known for his roles in Dr Who has died, at the age of 65.

I had the pleasure meeting and talking to him at a convention a few years ago...He was a lovely man who had time for everyone.

He will be sorely missed.

Never heard of him until now. I think it's because I've only seen clips of the old Doctor Who and not a whole episode. I actually into the new Doctor Who.

He also played Admiral Ozzel in The Empire Strikes Back and Adolf Hitler five times, including in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade

Ozzel, who's as clumsy as he is stupid

Ozzel was one of my fave secondary characters.

thought he was good as the Headmaster in Rememberance of the Daleks.

Yes! And he was in Press Gang and all. He was in everything!

It's sad that he's gone. I know the British convention circuit will miss him sorely.
