OK, I suppose I need to start organizing a list of all for the GateWorld get together under the following specifics.

THURS 15 JUL
6PM- Cocktail party commences in Minoru Room.
615- Gather GateWorld group together at entrance.
620- Depart for Cronus, accross from Best Western.
(8-830- Minoru room closed to prep for concert.)
830- Possibly return to Minoru room, decide whether to stay for concert OR go to a room and hang.

Sounds good to me. I don't have any interest at all in the cocktail party or the concert. I prefer good food and good companionship in an amenable (and non sub-Arctic) atmosphere.
