My wish last week for less new dreadloack guy and more Doctors McKay, Beckett and Zelenka was granted! I loved this episode despite being another Stargate body swap plot (something I have freely admitted I'm not fond of). It was very funny and well done, and I even think this was possibly the best Atlantis episode I've seen to date.
Rodney and an Atlantis troop leader, Lt. Laura Cadman, get beamed into a Wraith Dart ship while offworld. Col. Sheppard manages to bring the ship down and we then finally learn how this part of the Wraith's culling process works. The beam demolecularizes a victim and keeps them as matter in a big electronic bugjar, basically.
The problem is getting them out if you aren't a Wraith or running low on power.
