It depends how. If Kiera returns to the errors of Linnea's ways spontaneously then it could be a decent story, if somewhat angsty, but they'd have to come up with a really original ending for the episode to work well.

Another possibility is that she gets tracked down by the people who sent her to Hadante, and they want her back there. Cue argument over whether it would be 'right'. It would be a bit samey though.

Or... she gets tracked down by the people who sent her to Hadante, but they want her because of some useful knowledge of Linnea's that they plan to use. That might work.

Ooh, I'd LOVE to get Linea back! What great potential she had.

        Spoiler for Season eight

The replicators are back and they are hungry for revenge. The SGC has little choice but to enlist the help of Linea - not Kira - but, they must give her back her memories, for only as Linea will she have the will to destroy an entire species.
        Gracie

A Cherokee elder sitting with his grandchildren told them,
"In every life there is a terrible fight – a fight between two wolves.
One is evil: he is fear, anger, envy, greed, arrogance, self-pity,
resentment, and deceit. The other is good: joy, serenity, humility,
confidence, generosity, truth, gentleness, and compassion."
A child asked, "Grandfather, which wolf will win?"
The elder looked the child in the eye. "The one you feed."
