Am I missing the bondage discussion?

Love all the pics that were posted. I believe we've covered the bondage eps, except in the beginning of Need, the team is on their knees and I believe Daniel is in handcuffs as well. There's another ep with Daniel on his knees. I think there's a pic above of it, but I can't remember the ep title.

My favorite is Evolution, of course, due to the blindfold more than anything. I love how Daniel looks after he says: "What just happened?" In the words of Bono: "On your knees, boy!"

Just got back from the doc hussies, and I have joined the pool of injured hussies. Bursitis bad in left knee, will be out of training for at least a week AND, here's the best part, I get a steroid shot in my knee next week! Fabulous!

In all seriousness, this really puts a crimp in my training for my next belt test. But I am sure Daniel will make me feel better.

Yes, seconded, Bursitis is fluid on the knee, isn't it?
I had that once, very mildly, not fun Erin, and I know the thought of a steroid injection isn't fun either but it will be worth it in the end.

Poor Erin. How hard you were training for your next level. I've had steroid shots in my shoulder and I have to say it was totally painless. A bizarre feeling, like a lump of cold deep in the joint, but otherwise no sensation at all.
