Okay, I'm usually no good at puzzles or anything that is only remotely like it, but I've come up with the following:

Jonah
Sarah (Gardner, the former Osiris host)

Sahara (deserts always relate to Stargate for me )

ornate (Cambridge Dict says "Language which is ornate contains too many complicated words or phrases" - definitely something Jack would say about Sam's techno-babble... if he knew the word "ornate", that is )

rotate (has to do with physics)

anthem (has to do with patriotism)

ascent (same as "Ascension", isn't it?)


torment (as in "The Torment of Tantalus")


Why is there no "g" in her name??? Then we'd have "Stargate"! She has to make General soon, then it'll be perfect!

Oh, and if you had it twice, you could form "Thor's Hammer". Don't tell me I am slowly but surely going insane and have too much time on my hands... I already know that.
