Check out the "about the forum" folder. They should have a "how do I post pictures" thread. If that fails, just use the [ img ][ /img ] tags. In between them, post the URL of the picture, and take the spaces out.

just please make sure, unless you're linking to the pictures from some place like photo bucket or something that you have permission to link to them.

many places with screen caps do not appreciate if folks link to thier pictures without thier permission, which uses up some of their bandwidth
