Anyone know when the box sets come out in the UK? I know there's individual DVDs, but what about the box sets?

Just a question, I'm sure no one can answer. WHY does the DVD set come out later in the States, than in other countries? Just curious. And is the same true for SGA, season 1, as I was unable to completely tape the season. (missed the best episodes)

It's definitely worth waiting a little bit longer, but to get a better product. I'll never understand why British MGM (in this case, but it's exactly the same situation as with Contender UK releasing "Farscape" DVDs) is so in hurry with releasing single boxes with interviews only and WITHOUT episodes commentaries, which double the joy of watching episodes... ) German version of SG-1 season 8 episodes (also single boxes) includes commentaries and I've already ordered vol. 40 'cause Andy Mikita and Damian Kindler invited Claudia Black to join them in the commentary for "Prometheus Unbound". i know in the past audio were included with single dvds. i was enoyed with Farscape as i had the first three seasons in limited edition but they weren't fourth in limited.

Keep in mind that I look for patterns TOO much:

Hypothesis: There is a distinct pattern in the US DVD box sets and with this pattern we can predict future releases' colors for the DVD sets.

Evidence: Season 1: Dark Blue (not part of pattern....at least not yet)
Season 2: Gold
Season 3: DARK Green
Season 4: LIGHT Red
Season 5: DARK Purple
Season 6: DARKER shade of Gold.....(darker than season 2)
Season 7: LIGHTER shade of Green...(lighter than season 3)
Season 8: DARKER shade of Red.......(darker than season 4)
Season 9(?): LIGHTER shade of Purple....(lighter than season 5)

season 4 - Copper/bronze
season 5 - green
Season 6 - Black one and a Dark shade of Gold
Season 7 - Aqua color is the one i got.
