    More Starwars????

After the release of Episode Three, many fans thought it was the end of the Star Wars series, this may not be the case.

George Lucas has revealed to several types of media that he has been thinking about a new Star Wars movie, A prequel to Episode I: The Phantom Menace!

This is just one of the sources that he has revealed it to, a website called Moviehole.net, check it out! http://www.moviehole.net/news/5674.html

The star of this movie will be Yoda, it will liley take place 88-100 years before Episode 1.

Post comments, questions, and especialy more links to information and updates on the possible 7th episode, or more like the negative 1st.

To quote our loveable Darth Vader:

    NOOOOOOO!!!

All seriousness aside though, I would like to hear more about the idea.

Though I honestly think that they should just leave well enough alone.

I'm sorry, I just saw episode 3 today and I can't stop saying that lol.

Star Wars Episode 0: Laughing to the Bank

Seriously though, I would rather see Episode VII: The New Republic

      Or something like that.

We know a live action TV show is in the works (and probably an animated one..).

They probably will make more movies only because they make $$$.

Lol. There is not to much information yet it might not even happen, but George Lucas obviously likes the idea. However even if it is made, George Lucas will likley not have a part in it.

He'll still get money for it though.

                Even for movie cups...

I wanted a movie cup today when I went to the theater.

You know for popcorn you get the little bucket of popcorn and a fancy cup and coupons? I wanted a Star Wars one but all they had was something for that stupid Madagascar movie. Bah.

                I wanted collectable stuff people!!

But it would mean so much more to me if I actually got them when I went and saw it!

Ya, I know what you mean. Go to see it again at another theater, maybe they will have them.

                        Won't get a chance. It's

                        a) The only theater that we ever go to and...

                        b) It's 80 miles away as is. Only went today because we had to go to the dentist first so I would get to miss a day of school anyway.

We don't see movies in the theater that often

Don't get your hopes up guys... This whole thing was just Lucas answering a question about the time period in question, and he said they might consider it if the currently planned TV series does well. He was not talking about a feature film, that was just the wishful thinking of the media.

I saw the news too on TheForce.net and it's obvious that his 'loose' talk was very misleading to some fans. I doubt there'll ever be another movie made or directed by George Lucas. A tv show sounds ok, but Star Wars was never really made for tv format.

I would hate to see a pre-prequel film, to be honest. I like the continuity of the six films, with Vader/Anakin as a central figure in all of them.
