Sci Fi's 'Galactica' Returns in July

LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) Sci Fi Channel has set a July 15 premiere
date for its highly rated Friday line-up of "Stargate SG-
1," "Stargate Atlantis" and "Battlestar Galactica."

After premiering as a miniseries in late 2003 and as a regular series
in England in late 2004, "Battlestar Galactica" gave Sci Fi some of
its best ever reviews and broke out as one of the cable network's
largest hits. The 13-episode season averaged more than three million
viewers per night and anchored Sci Fi's strong Friday.

The series stars Edward James Olmos, Mary McDonnell, Katee Sackhoff,
Jamie Bamber, James Callis, Tricia Helfer and Grace Park, all of whom
will be back for the second season, along with executive producers
Ronald D. Moore and David Eick.
