    JAG
    9:00 PM - CBS
After 10 years and 227 field missions, CBS' "JAG" comes to a close tonight. It certainly does feel like this show's been on forever; it's spun off another successful series ("NCIS") and will make money from syndication for years to come. Good job, guys. The show's producers have promised to reward loyal fans tonight by bringing some closure to the never-quite-fulfilled relationship between Harm (David James Elliott) and Mac (Catherine Bell). They're finally spurred to act on their feelings after Gen. Cresswell (David Andrews) drops a "bombshell" on them. I know this is a military-themed show, but I'm going to go ahead and assume that the bombshell is a metaphorical one.

    Star Trek: Enterprise
    8:00 PM - UPN
It's almost time for "Enterprise" to ride off into the sunset. Maybe this means they'll concentrate more on "Star Trek" movies with Jean-Luc Picard. He's my personal fave. Anyway, a two-episode story arc concludes tonight as Archer (Scott Bakula) and his crew continue their sojourn in a dark alternate universe. A treacherous and power-hungry Archer uses the Defiant (a ship from the original "Star Trek" series) to thwart a Tholian attack. Later, he and his crew set their sights on seizing control of Earth's Terran Empire. Meanwhile, Archer's two-faced lover Hoshi (Linda Park), a traitorous T'Pol (Jolene Blalock) and a reptilian Gorn stowaway hatch schemes of their own. Will they ever escape?

    From a CBS EyeMAIL e-mail:

    A FINAL SALUTE FOR JAG

    ON TAP

You couldn't ask for anything more when JAG signs off the air Friday!

Finally, Harm and Mac are forced to face their feelings for one another. Will they set sail together?

The series finale of JAG (Friday, 9PM ET/PT), television's longest-running military drama, comes after 10 seasons and 227 episodes.

Never have watched JAG... but I hope its series finale is a good one for the fans. I honestly don't even know anyone around here who watches it, but then, I don't have many close relationships in the real world these days. I'm hoping it will appeal to its fanbase, though! I still have my fingers crossed on Enterprise's finale.

At least this coming episode is almost certainly to be a fun one.
If you've seen a Jeff O'Connor or a JeffZero or a Jeff Zero or a JeffZeroConnor elsewhere on the net, there's a considerable chance it's me.

it's a night of finales. on network wise, Third Watch ends too

which could make things very interesting for stargate next year. theoreticlly, there will be three new shows to compete with stargate
