JMallozzi had stated that the new enemy in Season 9 would be able to beat the Replicators and the Goa'uld easily.

Therefore, we can assume that the Orii can beat the Wraith.

You watch in 9x02 we'll see Onii technology and warriors utterly thrashed by Earth weapons and an Onii boss character killed by Carter weilding a semi-sharp stick.
