Wier appreciation and discussion thread

Hey everyone! I thought I'd start this thread because I haven't seen any threads dedicated to Wier except one, but thats mainly thunking.
This threads just for the serious discussion of Dr Wier.

I know there are some people who dont like her very much, I'm not too sure why. I have a lot of respect for her, she's a fantastic leader and very smart.
What do you guys think of her?
