uh they are cool i guess, ive never really met any true scots, just scottish americans and they are alright, im 100% irish decent so i guess we all gotta stick together right?
To move this thread a wee bit back on topic, folks.
I think it's cool to have Beckett as regular, he's great !!!
But please, give him a girl-friend.
He's shouldn't suffer from the Harry-Kim /Sam-Carter syndrome.
I thought he was a regular...I like the character pretty much, but I don't like him whining whenever he's asked to sit in the chair; that is getting old...fast. Also I don't like the way he squints his eyes when trying to operate the Ancient tech; even he should know that the key is to relax while concentrating. Other than those 2 minor details Beckette is a very likeable character.
Not to judge the new character ronaon dex before we see him but i would be plently satifyed seeing beckett join the team instead, especially b/c it would mean seeing him arguing with Mckay more
Yeah, you're right...but i think it has something to do with the actor's pay...in terms of top billing. Here's hoping that Beckett will stop the squinting thing...frankly, it's like he's in the loo...

Doctors rarely make house calls. Look what happened to Frasier. Now it is probably SOP not to let your main medical dude "out the gate," or to even "ship out" even under extreme circumstances, especially with the situation of the SGA team; limited or no back-up.
I wonder what order the new credits will go in and where Paul McGillion will fit in?
My Guess:
Joe Flanigan
Torri Higginson
Rachel Luttrell
Jason Momoa (is that how you spell his name?)
Paul McGillion
and David Hewlett as Dr Rodney McKay
