Military bases on Earth with subspace communications?

Anyone have any ideas for military bases that might have subspace communications capability, besides the SGC? Anywhere in the world.

    For a fanfic story.

Probably just Area 51 and Homeworld Command.

            What about the Russians?

Sure, they were slightly forced to abandon their stargate project, since we have theirs on loan, but they did build a Daedalus-class cruiser so they must be capable of subspace communications.

Um we ( US) built the Daedalus ship and gave it to the Russians due to political pressure

Not to mention they had an actual stargate program for a short while. Or that the IOA simply forces basic technology sharing like any Goa'uld tech.

Oh right yeah... still, they would have to be able to communicate with it.

Most likely THEIR comms to it went through HWC at the Pentagon.

I don't believe for a second that the russians would agree to such a structure

Why not? By then, they had already dismantled THEIR sgc program and had been relying on us for a few years.

Running an SGC program is both expensive and dangerous. By cooperating with the SGC, they can significantly cut costs, put all blame on america when it goes wrong and reap the benefits of all that goes right. With the Homeworld Command structure, unless it's by definition an IOA international organization (and since it's at the pentagon, it's probably not), there's no benefit whatsoever and i think Russia would want to have their own communication line.

Furthermore, i think that subspace communicator technology is probably one of the things that has to be shared. Especially with something like the Asgard core, the other nations of the IOA are only going to allow America to hold so many chips in exchange for having taken the most risk. Since most of the decisions and most of the military power of earth still rests on America, the IOA would likely be prying away american privilege at every corner to balance out the -quite honestly ridiculous- power the US of A holds.
