Is the ego of a race caused by the advancement of there shampoo

Think about it all the advanced races have shampoo save the nox who are also the only ones who don't have shampoo even the tauri who has got quite the ego though not as much as the more advanced races with there more advanced shampoo

Not really. We may be inferior but we were their only hope for survival, so helping us out with Asgard defenses and beaming technology along with the hyperdrive engines, it was a fair trade. Other than that they didn't give any of their protected worlds technology, Thor's hammer is different if that is what you're talking about. Thor's hammer just protects the treaty by taking the Goa'uld and placing them in a cave that they can't get out of without killing the Goa'uld symbiote within them.
