Stargate meets Myst. This is probably what you wanted from a Stargate Minecraft adventure map. I know what I wanted: forgotten civilisations, ancient secrets, exploration of ruins, rich, atmospheric worlds, all within a hand's reach with the help of a simple and elegant thing -- a stargate. So I built it. And I want you to play it and have as much fun as I had making it.

What is this crap?
This map is an exploration adventure puzzle map in Minecraft. It is based on the Stargate universe. The map features a storyline and a 6 worlds accesible through the Stargate, including Earth, Abydos, Destiny and other weird places.
Meh... You gotta do more than that, pal.
How about incredible fully-functional redstone machinery, including seven chevron dialling panel, transporter rings and automatic doors (check it out in creative mode afterwards!)? It's co-op friendly, it has crazy level of detail and scale, it features O'Neill, Carter and Teal'c cameos, and it took me YEARS to make (literally)!
OK, I see your point. So how long will this take to play?
Gameplay time is 1.5 to 4 hours, depending on your style.

Installation
1) Install Minecraft.
2) Extract the archive.
3) Put "S.A" folder in your .minecraft/saves directory.
4) Put "Stargate Adventure map sounds" in your .minecraft/resourcepack directory.
5) In game put the Stargate: Adventure resource pack on top of any other resource packs.
6) On servers enable command blocks!
7) In case you need it, start spawn coordinates are 447 45 80.
Chevron six locked. Chevron seven locked. Wormhole established.
