Wraith vs Ori. who's the hardest?

All that book of Ori stuff. Wraith just feed, that's why they're the baddest.

It's the Ori who are the most evil of the two. The Wraith just feed, and herd their cattle, but the Ori herd their cattle and have them kill each other when the need arises. They have followers that will do just about anything for them, which we learned the Wraith have too but in a lesser capacity. The Ori are a religion (and we all know how evil those can be), while the Wraith do not spread stories of origin or require their followers to adhere to a certain lifestyle.

The one who can control the mind with words is usually the more powerful and thus the most bad-ass in terms of being dangerous.

The Ori bring religious fanaticism to the scenario. They're not going to quit, ever, because of their unwavering faith that what they do is right and just.

The Wraith need to feed - a basic need of any lifeform. If the two sides went to war with each other it would end only with one side's extinction.

I'd say that the Wraiths can't be reasoned with and are inherently insensitive to humans as other than nourishment. The followers of the Ori are genuinely spiritual individuals who were mislead by the lies of the Ori. The Ori themselves aren't actually seen causing harm other than through deception. It was the followers who did all the damage.

Actually both Wraith and Ori can't exist with out mankind. It also seems that the Ori had a greater military might than the Wraith and hence more of a threat.

Although I agree with you for the most part, there are a few exceptions. Todd was a wraith that was very reasonable at time, where as, most of the priors, although still human, only cared about doing the work of the ori, and nothing else.
