5 x SG-1 Concept Art Prints with hand-signed MGM COA's
'Teal'C's Transformation' - Season 2, Episode 'Bane' - Dated 2/6/98. Drawn by K.R. Print and mount in very good condition barring a couple of small dents to the print bottom-left.
'Temple Courtyard Gardens' - Season 3, Episode 'Maternal Instincts' - Dated 3/9/99. Drawn by Harron. Print and mount in very good condition.
'Series Concept Sketch'. Undated and no artist named. It's an original series concept art drawing of Prometheus orbiting a planet. Print very good. Mount previously had an inch taken off the left hand side to fit into a frame (not my work!). The print remains unharmed so can easily be remounted if you wish.
'Strange Goa' Uld Dialect' - Season 4, Episode 'Suicide Mission' - Dated 28/6/00. Drawn by Harron. Print and mount in very good condition.
'Alien Woman in Ice' - Season 6, Episode 'Frozen' - Drawn by James Robbins. Print and mount in very good condition.
The cost is in the fact they've all got individual COA's, have MGM/Stargate raised seals proving they came direct with COA's from MGM and not through a third party merchandiser as do most that have been sold, and have been professionally mounted and hard-foam backed with descriptive plaques at MGM Studios before being released. Similar have sold for £250 ($400) each on ebay in years gone by according to Worthpoint. As a collection and for peace of mind in authenticity it's a very fair price including worldwide shipping. I'm open to offers...
...and glad you like them. The Frozen print by JR and the Temple Gardens by Harron are my favourites. If I had a tenth of James Robbins talent I'd be a very happy man...
My prints aren't framed, but they do each have a COA from propworx (one of the best places to get stargate props, costumes and art work. But they no longer sell stargate items) with the matching hologram stickers. I paid $1,500 for 90 if them. I'm actually looking to sell them, I'm asking $1,275...
Well right now I'm selling them with one COA for the hole binder, but i also have individual COA'S that propworx gave me at a cost, I haven't put the stickers on yet. If it doesn't sell I'm selling them individually. Already had someone offer me $900, declined. SGN (Stargate network. The people who are making the stargate game) were super interested to help them make it, but they couldn't afford it...
