I'm not a huge SG person but I play a game called Smite. The game allows you to play as various gods and one of them is anubis and you can purchase a skin/voicepack for him that is called stargazer.
Because of the whole egyptian god with a stargazer skin thing they have inside jokes where they reference SG but they do so by making the character say stuff from the show in what I think is Goa'old but several of us players are curious what is actually being said.

if it helps the default thing to say when you press the keys to get this said is woo-hoo
so it should be roughly something you'd say to kind of be happy but i'm not sure.
