We are only going to Saturday's activities... so we will probably miss Matt. I've notice that the "program" for the weekend doesn't have some of the guests listed yet, like Matt or Karen. It does say Matt for Sunday and Karen for Saturday and Sunday, but the program doesn't list times yet like the other guests... or at least it didn't when I looked.
I've only gone to the Chicago Stargate Cons in the past and one of the really nice things is that most of the activities don't overlap. This will be the first con I've been to with my family and non-Stargate... so it will be fun, but I'm guessing the following years will be even more enjoyable because we'll have a feeling for how things work.
You are right on the pricing though... kind of high for the autographs and photo-ops.
