Which episodes relax you the most

For me there are a few episodes I watch when I need help to sleep not that they're boring episodes or anything just for some reason they help me relax.

These are my relaxing episodes, what are yours?

For sg1 it's the crystal skull episode I've seen this episode 30+ times because for me it's really relaxing.
For sga it's Doppelganger probably because this episode is revolved around dreams and sleep it helps me relax

I would say Aurora (SGA). The blue color is very relaxing.

I'd have to say the ones that don't require too much thought, but I doubt there's one in Stargate that doesn't require some thinking along.
