    Great find! Thank you! (so, another Star Treck reference ?)

    And I'll add:
    - two more Wizard of Oz references in McKay and Mrs Miller

    McKAY: Oh, I guess you just need to click your heels together, huh?

    and
    ROD : Hermiod, ready when you are. I guess there’s nothing left to say but, “There’s no place like home.”

    - references to Batman (movie), Catwoman (character) and two of its actresses:

    McKAY: Yeah, reminds me of an old Batman episode, actually. Catwoman used a drug to put a spell on Batman, making him fall in love with her. Ended up doing all sorts of evil things for her. Kind of a turn-on, actually. Julie Newmar in a cat outfit ...
    SHEPPARD: Eartha Kitt was Catwoman.
    McKAY: Not ‘til Season three.

    Edit to add some more;

    - the episode title "McKay and Mrs Miller" could be a reference to Altman's movie "McCab and Mrd Miller"

    - the movie "The Sting" mentioned in The Return

    - more Batman references in Tao of Rodney (when McKay says to Ronon theyt they could be like Batman and Robin) and Submersion (McKAY: "No-no-no, ‘cause I could have sworn that the guy I wanted from your department was called Grayson, ‘cause I remember thinking Dick Grayson, Bruce Wayne’s ward.")

    - Celine Dion mentioned in Echoes

      I found another one: The Long Goodbye is the title of a Robert Altman movie
      ("nothing says goodbye like a bullet ..")
