SG-1 Blu-ray

This may or may not have been asked before but who else would love to see MGM update SG-1 to release on Blu-ray. I love the newly remastered Star Trek: TNG seasons releasing and figured how about they do this for Stargate SG-1.

Does anyone else know any news on whether they plan on doing this or they turned the idea down?

MGM is not updating Stargate SG-1 for Blu-Ray; at least not at the moment. SGA is on blu-ray but for some reason they haven't followed up with SGU Season 2 so I'm not expecting a miracle. All seasons of SG1 are in widescreen so you do have a compromise.
