Agreed, except that I'd replace Weir with someone, anyone else. I don't want to switch to another actor, but I never took to the character. Ideally, I would like someone like Camille Wray from SGU as the civilian overseer of the mission.

Come to think, I always preferred Zelenka to McKay, so I'd promote Zelenka to the scientist who goes on missions and demote McKay to a supporting character who mostly explores the city on his own (with a subsidiary team) but is occasionally taken along on missions when his particular talents are needed.

I would have Woolsey as the expedition leader, move Beckett or Zelenka to a starring role, and have Cadman instead of Lorne. Keller or Sam (in command of the Hammond) in the last Supporting spot.

I want to see Daniel Jackson on there, I never understood why he was not on Atlantis. He is the foremost expert on the Ancients, so, doesn't it stand to reason that he would be there?

And another thing, I think they should have made more use of Teyla's Wraith gene. If the team could manage it, they should go out and try to get a research station or ship or something with Todds help and set her up as a permanent Wraith Queen, so they could trick the Wraith more. It would be such a great thing for plots and such.
