Destiny Shuttle. Puddle jumper was superior but the destiny shuttles had more space, comfort etc. The PJs looked a bit basic to be honest apart from the sliding propulsion pods and the holographic screens.

It was a total rust bucket but Destiny ROCKS!

After watching SG1 and SGA I never expected the last series(SGU) to change my view or preferences on anything big. It actually ended up changing pretty much everything, and Destiny is definitely my favorite ship.

Ps: Wouldn't Atlantis count as a ship too? To me that would come in as a close second actually, due to the fact that both ship contain many secrets, even for the crew

Destiny is my favourite ship, until SGU it was the Prometheus.

For the smaller ones I've always liked the Death Gliders since seeing them in the original movie.

The Deddy's were probably the best 'capital ship' just because of it's capabilities. Although I love the Ha'tak simply because it's kind of "tried and true".

With smaller ships I'm partial to the Tel'tak, it played a pretty vital role in many of SG-1's most important missions (such as rescuing Jack and Teal'c from the rogue X-301, sabotaging the meeting with Apophis and Heru'ur - even though that backfired, and the mission to discover Atlantis). It may not have had weapons, but it was amazingly effective at many other things like infiltration, reconnaissance, etc.
