Why No Flashbang from the Aliens?

I was just imagining Chloe's alien friends trying their breaching technique on basically any ship aside from the under-crewed Destiny, and it's really the dumbest strategy ever.

Imagine them pulling that on Daedalus or a Ha'tak. They bore a hole that's only big enough for one of them to jump through at a time, and they don't bother to throw some type of grenade to stun the ship's crew in the general vicinity. They lucked out by being near a civilian, because if there was an SG-Team there, as each alien jumped through the hole, they would have been riddled with bullets before they hit the ground!

There are a million other ways any competent crew would slaughter every alien on that vessel. A quick jump into hyperspace would likely incinerate them.

Any ship with localized shielding or beaming technology would take them as instant prisoners or vent them into space.

Overconfidence? Or maybe they don't care about a few of their soldiers dying in the attempt. Maybe they have no idea if any sort of weapon would work against whoever was aboard.

Yes, but that could destabilize the area and cause the ship to blow up.

They probably could detect that Destiny was low on power and very old. Plus they may not know of beaming technology etc.
