How cheap are the SG1 SGA boxed sets going to get?

I recieved an email this morning from Amazon where they have the complete SG1 box set for $54.99 new (DVD) and SGA for $39.99 new (DVD).

I was going to snag SGA last Christmas but purchased Farscape instead, never seen either Stargate set so cheap they must be dumping them.

The DVD sets are on sale, because no one's buying them. No one's buying them, because the DVD packaging is atrocious. The DVD's don't click into plastic trays, they slip into cardboard sleeves where the discs can get scratched and scuffed over time, interfering with playing the discs. Just get the season sets. You'll save yourself money down the road by not having to replace numerous discs for the above reasons.
