    Hello!

I could not help but start to cry. It was an ending but there is so much more to explore with this series.

I have an interesting thought. I think that it would be fitting if the fandom were to try to get the series back on air or as a movie in three years. I believe that this series has a lot more that can be done with it. I just think that we the fans need to band together to try to get support for the series. I think we need to put our heads together to find ways to promote the series and to show the powers that be that we want it back. I know that Stargate as a whole is still very popular and there is a good foundation to work from.

I'm also in the process of rewatching for the 2nd time these holidays. I'm up to 'seizure'. I can never bring myself to watch "gauntlet" on my dvd sets because it just makes me too sad; that music gets me everytime. SGU deserved more :'(

To not bring out a soundtrack would be disrepect to the late Joel Goldsmith's name.

That it would. And since IIRC Joel was involved in several charities, perhaps the PTB could have some of the price of said sound track going to those charities..

I've not watched it all yet, I've only just started to watch the second series but I'm wowed by Universe thus far, I thought Atlantis was my favourite but I think Universe beats it, I'm saddened that Universe got cancelled, it has so much potential as a show. I absolutely love it so far. I think it got off to a slow start because it focused heavily on character development but once it got started with more action and plotlines it got better and the fact we had character development quite quickly helped in the end.

This was really a totally awesome series(Why does every series that doesn't have enough stupid ratings get cancelled?! Every bloody fan doesn't rate a series, yet they presume that the minority that does means that everybody hates it.

I highly doubt that. Money or some kind of barter system has existed for centuries

If they could do it in Star Trek, they can do it in the real world.

Star Trek presents an idealistice yet unrealastic world. Thier is no way you can elminate all those social problems in the real world

What are you suggesting, that we're gonna become the mirror universe?

The star trek world isn't perfect though. *Star Fleet* may be the "perfect ideal", but the world/universe itself is far from perfect.

Sure. The Klingons, the Tholians, the Orions, the Romulans, the Xindi...
that universe was full of villains.
