The most sad episode of SGA

Very sentimental question: what episode yuo cried of (or were close to cry)?
As for me... when they betrayed and killed Niam (both in "Prigeny" and "Return"), and "Ghost in machine" - when Weir killed Koracen, and then they kill all other Asurans...

            SG1 - definitely Heroes

SGA - Sunday's quite sad, but personally I'd have to go with Doppelganger.

                        Sunday was really sad.

I also found 'Lifeline', 'This Mortal Coil' and 'Ghost in the Machine' really sad, it was hard seeing Elizabeth go so many times and the rest of the characters (espcially Sheppard and McKay) readction to it.

Uh, I felt unhappy for Elizabeth and John, not the Asurans.

I have never felt terribly sad about Sunday because the "exploding tumor" thing was just SO stupid. C'mon - a whole set of professional writers and the best they can come up with is an exploding tumor? If it had been some reasonable reason to die, I'm sure it would have made a greater impact on me because I was sad to see Carson go.
