ABC would have to be smokin something not to renew OUAT with these ratings. They would have to take a huge nosedive which I just don't see happening

Agreed. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if we see an early renewal at this point. It is ABC's new hit show, and the biggest hit of the season! It has had so far, two lows. 2.8/2.7 I believe.

'Once Upon A Time' adjusted up a tenth of a point to 2.9 in the demo, so really off its low.

Ah, no worries. Still wasn't that much to worry about in the first place, given the show's ability to bounce back after dropping. Still getting renewed.

For my wife's sake, I really hope this gets renewed for a second season. It is one of her favorite shows on right now.

If this show is not renewed it won't be due to ratings. Its ones of ABC's highest rated shows. I can only see cancellation if something serious and unforseen happens to the cast or crew like if the actor who plays Emma was to get serious ill.

Afraid not. The ratings were about the same as last week. We have a 2.9HH Live +SD for the 18-49 demo and 8.57 million viewers.
