Season 3: McKay & Mrs Millar / Sunday (tie)
Season 4: Harmony (has to be for the painting)
Season 5: The Shrine

Season 1 : The Storm/The Eye, I also really like The Defiant One, Home, Underground, and Before I Sleep.

Season 2: Michael, I also really like Aurora, Trinity, and Instinct.

Season 3: Sateda, I also really like The Return Pt1/2, Echoes, The Tao of Rodney, and The Game.

Season 4: Be All My Sins Remember'd, I also really liked Lifeline, Tabula Rasa, The Seer, This Mortal Coil, and The Last Man.

Season 5: Vegas, I also really liked The Daedalus Variations, Ghost in the Machine, The Shrine, Whispers, and The Queen.

Other than i didn't like home, i agree with all your S1 put ups, and would add in Letters from Pegasus, and the Siege Pt 1 and 2.

Aurora and trinity i loved from S2, but didn't much care for Instinct or Michael. I also would add in critical mass and the Siege Pt 3.

For S3, i agree to the return pt 1 and 2, echoes, Tao, Game and Sateda, but also common ground.

For S4 for me, its all 4 of the ones you put up except lifeline...

For S5, i would add in only first contact/lost tribe...

I also really liked Letters from Pegasus, Siege Pt 1, Pt 2, and Pt 3, and Common Ground. Critical Mass was pretty good too. I only liked the McKay/Daniel parts of First Contact/The Lost Tribe, I enjoyed some of their banter and seeing Daniel again, but thats it.

For me it's the season 3 final episode first strike.
Brilliant story, music & acting.
I have watched it along with 4x01 Adrift & 4x02 lifeline countless times.
Stargate at it's best.

I wonder.. if they ever thought of re-releasing the Storm/eye, First contact/the lost tribe, and the other 2-3 parters as individual disks with NO break between the eps... Running right into one another.
Do you think the continuity would be better or not?

My favorite would have to be Duet! just so funny & the one where Zelenka gets traped on the kids planet after the gate malfunction & at the end when they get it working again, he comes back covered in paint & his hair in dreads! lol!! So funny!! Laughed my ass off!

I think it would be pretty much the same. Of course, there would be a better flow between the two parts as you would loose the previously on Stargate Atlantis but I think it would just be no different than having two separate episodes.

My favorites are The Siege (all 3 parts), Grace Under Pressure, First Strike, Be All My Sins Remember'd and The Last Man.

First Contact/The Lost Tribe has a special place because of Daniel Jackson and the Asgard. Nearly lost it when I saw those tiny gray aliens remove their suits.

Though i didnt "Nearly lose it" i did step back in amazement when i saw them again. even if they were the "evil twins"..

season 1: rising parts 1&2: this has to be for me the best series debut i've seen. they established the show and the characters well here. highly enjoyable.

season 2: runner: great introduction for ronon.

season 3: sateda: this is my favourite episode of stargate ever. great action and character development for the entire team. also a great look at ronons history too.

season 4: tie between: midway and outcast: midway was another awesome episode with what i thought was an amusing fight between Teal'c and Ronon. outcast was a good Shepard episode that explained a lot about him as a character, plus it features my favourite ronon line when asking if the food at the wake is free.

season 5: the shrine: another great team episode and my favourite Rodney episode.

hard to narrow down as this is my favourite stargate series and enjoy all the episodes a lot.

Yeah it may seem a little overdramatic putting it like that But I really loved the Asgard, and when they commited mass suicide in the SG1 finale.. I don't I was just really sad about it. So to suddenly see them again on Atlantis a few years later... Yeah I guess that's just me geeking out

No, they unfortunately ran out of ideas long before and continued to recycle SG1 stuff.... the Asgard were just the next logical step after having exploited the Replicators.
