I don't know if this type of thread has been started or not but as I was playing World of Warcraft (WoW) earlier I noticed a couple of things and I wondered if they were intentional references to Stargate or not. The first one is that in several spots in World of Warcraft, there are portals (like in Desolace and there is one in Stormwind. Anyone who plays will know what I'm talking about) that look similar to Stargates.
Also, in the recent expansion, Cataclysm, there is a new area called Uldum which is basically Wow's version of Egypt (they even use some of the real names of Godds/Goddesses as some of the enemies in the dungeons). There is a river or lake in Uldum full of snakes that you have to kill for a quest. While they don't exactly look like Ga'ould they look enough like them to me. I just thought it was an odd coincidence that so far Uldum is the only place where these Ga'ould looking serpents exist in the game. I was wondering if anyone else came across any Stargate references in any other games, TV shows, books, or anything. It can also be something that you think is a possible reference to the series (I'm 90% sure that WoW is referencing SG-1, as they throw in easter eggs to a lot of other things in the game).
