  • Caught in a time-loop that forces him to repeat the same day over and over again, Jack loses his patience and starts to go "whacko!" ("Window of Opportunity")
  • Jack convinces Malakai to shut off the time-loop machine by confessing that he would love to have his son back, but could never live through losing him again. ("Window of Opportunity")


Best Daniel Moment
  • Daniel befriends his captor when he is kidnapped by a primative Unas named Chaka, and winds up playing "toss the symbiote head" over the fire. ("The First Ones")
  • Faced with the extinction of either the Enkarans or the Gadmeer, Daniel works with an artificial intelligence until he discovers a way to save both peoples. ("Scorched Earth")
  • Consumed by a Goa'uld's hunger for power in a dream world, Daniel betrays his friends and turns a powerful satellite weapon on Earth. ("Absolute Power")


Best Sam Moment
  • Sam's "dumb idea" saves the Asgard's home planet from the Replicators by blowing up the Asgard's new flagship. "We kicked their asses." ("Small Victories")
  • To give a brilliant but troubled young Cadet a look at her future, Sam introduces Jennifer Haley to the Stargate program and takes her off-world. ("Prodigy")
  • To save the Tok'ra and deal Apophis' fleet a crippling blow, Sam uses a Stargate connected to a black hole to blow up a sun. ("Exodus")


Best Teal'c Moment
  • Teal'c goes after his team when they defy orders and risk their lives to destroy Apophis' new ship, and refuses to apologize to General Hammond ... since he was actually following orders. ("Upgrades")
  • Stuck in a time-loop, Teal'c takes advantage of the situation to play golf and learn to juggle with Colonel O'Neill ... and shoves a door back in the face of a hapless young Airman. ("Window of Opportunity")
  • Forced to allow Tanith to go free so that he may be used by the Tok'ra, Teal'c finally confronts the Goa'uld spy and pursues him with a revenge oath. ("Exodus")


Best Hammond Moment
  • After a super-powered Jack O'Neill accidentally kicks a hole in the wall, a confounded General Hammond tells him to "get the hell out of my office!" ("Upgrades")
  • With his people stranded in a rogue death glider heading away from Earth, Hammond radios to tell Jack and Teal'c to hold on for hope of rescue -- then tells Major Davis to let them sleep. ("Tangent")
  • General Hammond unexpectedly resigns from Stargate Command when the N.I.D. blackmails him by threatening his granddaughters, but eventually tells Jack the real reason for his decision. ("Chain Reaction")


Best Team Moment
  • Under the influence of alien technology, Jack, Sam and Daniel head to O'Malley's for steaks and wind up using their super speed and strength in a very one-sided bar fight. ("Upgrades")
  • Super-charged by the Atoniek armbands, Jack, Sam and Daniel defy orders to infiltrate and destroy Apophis' powerful new mothership ... leaving Teal'c in the dust. ("Upgrades")
